Don't hide the gluten

SOME SOURCES OF HIDDEN GLUTEN
Bouillon cubes
Breakfast cereal – may contain malt flavoring.
Brown rice syrup
Candy may be dusted with wheat flour; ask.
Canned soups – Most are not acceptable.
Cheese spreads & other processed cheese foods.
Chocolate – Check if contains malt flavoring.
Cold cuts, Wieners, Sausages – may have gluten due to cereal fillers.
Dip mixes
Dry sauce mixes
Envelope & stamp glue
Face powder and other topical cosmetics/lotions (especially for DH’ers).
Dry roasted nuts & honey roasted nuts – Check.
French fries in restaurants – Same oil may be used for wheat-containing items; check.
Gravies – check out thickening agent and liquid base.
Honey Baked Hams™ - based with wheat starch in coating.
Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt – check ingredients.
Instant Teas & Coffees – cereal products maybe included in the formulation.
Lip Balms
Lipsticks
Mayonnaise – check thickeners; Hellmann’s & Kraft Miracle Whip are OK.
Mustard – Mustard powder may contain gluten; check.
Oil, frying – Check for cross contamination.
Poultry and meats – Check out the flavorings and bastings; even when the label says "water"; this may be hidden gluten.
Soups, soup mixes and broths – Check.
Sour cream – May contain modified food starch of indeterminate source.
Toothpaste – Check out.
Tortillas, Corn – May be dusted with wheat flour on conveyor belts.

and EVERY DRIED SPICE AND EVERYTHING MADE WITH SAME -

wheat is used in small amounts to make the spices flow more freely. This is never declared as an ingredient.
