Gluten Free menu at Ruby Tuesdays

Hi. I went out for a drink the other night and found out that my local Ruby's has a gluten free menu. I ordered a turkey burger with avocado and a side of mashed cauliflower with cheese. It was great! Very satisfied indeed. So I'm not sure if the whole chain is coming out with a gluten free menu but it's worth checking out. If I can get my hands on that menu, I'll be sure to post it.

Chances are you found my blog because you are looking for something gluten free. Hopefully you find it here but if not and would like to request something, just drop me an email or comment to this post. I'll have it up in no time. I just don't know what people are looking for.

I'll say this though... The most important gluten free info I have ever gotten was the "safe companies" list. When I don't know if something is safe and turn the package over to read the label and see natural flavor, spices, vinegar.. etc.. (which bites, to be honest) then I see that it's made by ConAgra or Hains or Kraft.. etc.. I get so happy. (I know, dumb) I love companies that clearly mark gluten on the label. They make my day!
